Aside from the business plan, the administration project allowed us students a greater understanding of the policies, procedures, and steps needed to keep a small business running as smooth and efficient as possible.

The project allowed the project members to assess, purchase, and compare properties to find the most cost-effective deal while also staying contemporary and relevant to the targeted patient population. Merchandise, supplies, equipment, and furnishings were also included in the administration proposal.
