Pro Bono Clinic
Community Experience
During the final educational year at the University of Jamestown, we were involved with working at a pro-bono clinic for 30-40 hours over two semesters working with patients that oftentimes did not have access or the means to affordable healthcare.
This opportunity helped to supplement our knowledge and allow us to clinically evaluate, treat, and document complex patients in a unique setting.
The patients that were often seen included:
- Low back pain
- Shoulder pathologies
- Elbow and wrist dysfunctions
- Chronic pain
- Sacroiliac dysfunction and knee pain
