The patient presented with a variety of neck and shoulder complications that was affecting his available range of motion, strength, and function. 

All interventions and progression of treatments were supported by appropriate evidence to deliberately address the impairments.

Each session was tailored to address the function and goals of the patient with the ultimate goal of returning him to his home without pain or dysfunction.
